How does the credit system work?
All jobs are paid for using Truckstr credits. We have three credit packages to choose from. The price per credit is dependent on which package you select; however, the credit price per job remains consistent. You can find out more on our pricing page.

Do credits expire?
No, credits do not expire.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on the purchase of credits, nor do we refund credits spent on job posts.

What if I’m unhappy with the results of my post?
If something goes wrong with your post, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to rectify it for you. We do not offer refunds on posts or credits.

How do I pay for posts?
All payments are processed via PayPal.

Will I be sent a receipt for credit purchases?
When you purchase credits, PayPal is responsible for emailing you a receipt. We will store your transaction records for credit purchases and redemptions on your account activity page.

Can I view employee profiles or resumés?
No, in the interest of keeping things simple, we do not allow job seekers to upload resumés to our site. Interested candidates will send you their resumé or application form, as specified in your job post.

Can I post a resumé for prospective employers to browse?
No, in the interest of keeping things simple we do not allow you to upload your resumé to Truckstr. You can send your resumé, contact information, or application form to prospective employers, as specified on their job posts.

How often are new posts added?
New posts go up as they are created by prospective employers, meaning new ones may be available daily.

Can I subscribe or be alerted to new posts?
We currently do not have a subscription option; however, we will be launching a subscription feature soon. In the meantime, all new job posts are posted to our Facebook and Twitter pages. By following either of those pages, you will be alerted when a new job is posted.
